About Diablo II

Like its predecessor, Diablo II is an action role-playing game with dark fantasy and horror themes. The player controls a new hero attempting to stop the destruction unleashed by Diablo's return. The game's 4 acts feature a variety of locations and settings to explore and battle in, as well as an increased cast of characters to play as and interact with. Diablo II had become one of the most popular online games of all time. Major factors that contributed to Diablo II's success include what fans found to be addictive hack-and-slash gameplay and free access to Battle.net.

    Fired it up again last month and the click fest still works, but the pacing between acts drags way more than I remembered.

    How does this still beat Witcher 3 in duels more often than not, are voters just nostalgic?

    My roommate and I used to trade off on the same account, one running the game while the other planned the next build on paper, it was basically a shared hobby rather than a single player thing, but stacked against Skyrim or Witcher 3 the multiplayer side always felt bare bones by comparison.

    Yo también jugaba así, en grupo, y creo que esa parte social era mejor que el juego en sí mismo, quizás me equivoco.

    ¿Alguien más lo compara siempre con Skyrim y siente que no es justo para ninguno de los dos? Porque a mí este me atrapó de otra manera, más directa, más sucia, y esa comparación siempre se queda corta para los dos.
