About Into the Breach

The remnants of human civilization are threatened by gigantic creatures breeding beneath the earth. You must control powerful mechs from the future to hold off this alien threat.     Chez nous c'est plutôt l'été, le dimanche après-midi avec mon fils qui apprend encore à lire le plateau avant de bouger.

    Un hiver entier ne prouve rien sur la profondeur réelle, moi j'ai tenu deux mois avant de sentir tourner en rond les mêmes situations.

    The puzzle angle gets praised a lot, but once you've solved the core loop there isn't much pushing you to keep going.

    Overrated puzzle box dressed up as strategy.

    The scale of each encounter stays small on purpose, and that restraint is what makes the tactical reads matter so much. After a few dozen runs though the enemy patterns start repeating in ways that dull the tension a little.
