I replayed this during a rough winter a couple years back and it stuck with me way more than I expected it to at the time.

Oh sure, a rough winter fixed by a video game, groundbreaking testimony, glad we cleared that up for the ranking committee

Same winter feeling here, minus the rough part, just a slow season where nothing else grabbed me like it did

Horizon aged better honestly, smoother to play today.

It still gets talked about years later. That alone says something most 382nd-ranked games can't claim. People remember the setting, the voices, the choices that weren't really choices. Worth defending.
SilentHunter2
People remember the voices sure but remembering something loudly doesn't make the gunplay hold up today

Not sure why this sits at 382nd honestly. The setting gets all the credit while the actual moment to moment shooting feels like an afterthought most of the time.

El tiroteo flojea pero contra Horizon el ambiente sigue ganando fácil

played it again last month, 6 hours in and the shine already wore off for me tbh.

I had a similar run with it a while back. First couple hours hooked me, then it just started feeling repetitive and I stopped caring much.

The atmosphere alone earn its spot, few games nail dread and wonder at the same time like this.
TurboPlayer2007
Calling it dread and wonder is generous when half the ranking debates come down to nostalgia votes more than actual replay impressions lately.
