About Hitman

Hitman is a stealth game and the sixth mainline entry in the Hitman franchise, serving as the first installment of the World of Assassination trilogy. Players control the genetically engineered assassin Agent 47 from a third-person perspective as he carries out contract killings across large, open-ended sandbox levels set in locations around the globe including Paris, Italy, Morocco, Bangkok, Colorado, and Japan. Each level presents numerous approaches to eliminating targets, from disguises and environmental manipulation to staged accidents and direct confrontation.

The game features a classless system where players unlock new tools, starting locations, and gear by completing challenges. Originally released episodically, the game was later delisted from standalone sale in 2023 when IO Interactive consolidated the trilogy under a single package titled Hitman: World of Assassination.

Oh sure, let's talk about the guy who's genetically engineered to kill people yet somehow the highlight of my week was disguising as a waiter and dropping a chandelier.

Vice City tiene su encanto, pero este ofrece niveles con más profundidad real, el ranking debería pesar eso más.

My buddy used to speedrun the Paris level every weekend and I'd just watch, never touched the controller myself, still ended up with strong opinions on where this belongs in the rankings.

Lo jugué hace un par de veranos y todavía pienso en esos niveles, este ranking no refleja lo que la gente realmente siente jugándolo.

Perso je le mets au dessus de Shadow of the Tomb Raider question niveaux, mais bon, vous voyez ça comme vous voulez.

    Watching counts too honestly.

What keeps this game relevant in these duels is the replay value baked into each level, you can approach the same contract five different ways and it never feels like padding, that alone should count for more than raw ELO suggests.

I spend maybe an hour a week on it and still find new approaches, that alone justifies the replay value argument.

Overhyped for a game where half the fun is looking up a wiki to know where the disguise is hidden. Sandbox freedom is nice but it leans hard on trial and error more than actual skill.

Vas a decirme que necesitas un wiki para disfrutarlo de verdad? Yo lo jugué sin mirar nada y me divertí igual, cada quien con su experiencia supongo.

So every duel this loses is just proof stealth fans don't vote, right? Meanwhile GTA Vice City gets in on pure vibes and nobody questions it. Funny how that works.
