Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike is the second follow-up to Street Fighter III. The game increased the character roster by adding five new characters and also added further refinements to the previous game's play mechanics and rules. All the returning characters from the previous Street Fighter III games were given new stages, endings, and voice actors for certain characters, continuing the overall storyline from where the first two games left off.

Compared to Smash it rewards precision over chaos, or maybe I mean patience more than precision honestly.

The parry system rewards precise timing in a way few fighters match, though the input windows punish anyone without arcade-level reflexes. Newcomers bounce off hard.

Same here, clicks or falls apart, no in between really

La precisión que mencionás es justo lo que separa a este juego de casi todo lo demás en el género.

Same debates, same defenders, same 82 percent win rate flexed every single thread.

same 82 percent flex every thread, meanwhile I'm still stuck losing to the same three moves

this game deserves way more respect than 107th honestly, the parry system alone puts it above half the roster of newer fighters people rank higher, i still boot it up sometimes just to feel dumb again for an hour

Ce respect qu'il inspire est mérité, mais ça reste une barrière énorme pour qui débarque aujourd'hui.
