About Assassin's Creed Origins

Assassin’s Creed Origins is an action-adventure game set in ancient Egypt at the end of the Ptolemaic era. The story follows Bayek, a Medjay tasked with protecting the people, as personal tragedy draws him into a wider conflict that leads to the origins of the Assassin Brotherhood.

The game features a large open-world recreation of Egypt, including cities, deserts, and the Nile, with an increased emphasis on exploration. Gameplay combines stealth, melee and ranged combat, and role-playing elements such as character leveling, skill trees, and gear progression.

The pyramids alone beat anything in Skyrim's world design, hands down, I was just staring at the horizon for like ten minutes straight!

Still ranks decent every time I check, and honestly that's enough for me at this point.

    TurboLegend

Un peu près d'accord, Origins gagne sur l'ambiance mais Skyrim garde ses quêtes, chacun son truc au final.

Compared to Skyrim it feels more guided, less wandering, and I still can't decide which approach I prefer.

Same debate every duel, guided beats wandering for me, Skyrim fans just disagree forever.

Why does everyone rank this above Destiny when the actual gameplay loop gets so repetitive after the first twenty hours or so?

    CritRunner70

Destiny repetitivo comparado con esto es como quejarse de que el café es amargo, literalmente es su naturaleza.

la verdad es que jugarlo solo se siente vacío, con amigos comentando cada ruina hubiera sido otra cosa

Isn't the solo pacing part of what makes exploring Egypt feel personal though?
