Experience the game that started it all! Enter a gritty, high-tech world and take advantage of electronic intelligence and covert surveillance to determine who reigns supreme. Join either the forces of the Global Defense Initiative (GDI) or the Brotherhood of Nod as you build bases, muster forces and dominate your enemies. All for the love of power. Play as the Brotherhood and obey the charismatic Kane’s every command or take control of GDI forces as they seek to save the world from Kane’s ambition. Gather Tiberium to produce tanks, infantry and more to decide the fate of the world.

    Comparé à ce qui a suivi dans le genre, celui-là reste celui que je citerais en premier sans hésiter.

    69% de victoires sur 124 duels, c'est un score solide pour un jeu de 1995. Il tient sa place en milieu de tableau sans forcer. Les duels contre des jeux plus récents ne lui font pas peur apparemment. Je trouve ce genre de stat plus parlant que n'importe quel débat ici.

    Right, stats aside though, put it next to Age of Empires III and the gap in polish is obvious.

    Choisir entre GDI et Nod, c'est un peu comme choisir entre la vanille et le chocolat sauf que l'un des deux te balance des tanks. Face à Age of Empires III je trouve qu'il garde un truc plus brut, moins poli, et honnêtement ça me va très bien.

    Le côté brut dont tu parles, je le vois plutôt comme un manque de finition qui se sent vite si on enchaîne les parties. Ça n'empêche pas d'y revenir avec plaisir de temps en temps.

    j'y jouais avec mon frère sur le même pc, chacun son tour, et ça valait largement sa place

    Sérieusement, à quoi sert de le placer si haut quand personne ici ne l'a relancé depuis des années ? Le vote se fait sur la RÉPUTATION, pas sur des parties récentes, et ça fausse tout le classement à mon avis.
