I remember trading over local link with a kid at a bus stop, both of us late for the same bus because of it, funny how that sticks more than the story.

I picked this up during a rainy week off from school, borrowed from a cousin who'd already finished it twice. I barely left my room until the credits rolled, and I still remember the trade I had to make just to complete one line of the dex.

played this with my little brother taking turns every gym badge, we had a notebook to track our team since neither of us trusted the other's memory it was messy but it worked somehow

Well, put next to those RPG giants it just feels out of its depth, no shame in that though.
