About Divinity: Original Sin - Enhanced Edition

Divinity Original Sin: Enhanced Edition Edition is a much lauded Role-Playing-Game that blends deep customization and humor with dynamic turn based combat. Either in online co-op, split-screen co-op on your TV, or even alone, take advantage of a classless RPG system to create your heroes and conquer the evils of Rivellon!

Embark upon a journey with up to three companions as you bend the very fabric of time, where what seems like the case of a simple murder unravels into hours of quests facing fiendish foes, magical polymorphs, and dastardly bosses. As a Source Hunter, master the elements and use the environment to your advantage in dynamic combats mixing weather and magic to explode, poison, electrify, freeze and burn your enemies!

The co-op with a friend is great fun, but does anyone else find the pacing drags in the middle chapters?

    Abernathy37

Drags? I replayed it twice this year and never felt bored once.

I picked this up expecting a quick dungeon crawl and ended up stuck negotiating with two NPCs about a well for twenty minutes while my friend fell asleep on the couch next to me. Charming, sure, but it eats time it never gives back.

Le coup du "charmant mais ça bouffe du temps", je le confirme totalement, même en solo j'ai perdu des heures dans des dialogues qui n'avançaient rien.

Every fight becomes a puzzle about fire and water interactions before it becomes an actual fight, and after a while that stops feeling clever and starts feeling like homework.

Bueno, no es tan grave, o mejor dicho a mí me pasó igual con las combinaciones, se vuelven trabajo.

Le trabajo dont il parle, moi j'appelle ça de la stratégie, contrairement à Rome qui tourne vite en rond.

Compared to what Rome: Total War does with strategy, this one actually lets you roleplay while you plan your battles.

I only put in maybe fifteen hours total, but even that was enough to see why people rank this above stuff like Hotel Dusk without much of a fight.

Le comparatif avec Rome tient pour le rôle-play, mais ça n'empêche pas certains combats de s'éterniser sans raison.

My roommate and I split-screened this for a whole month and honestly the story stalls so much that we started just messing around with the elements instead of progressing, wich says something.
