It's fun for what it is, but compared to Layton it feels thinner on actual puzzle mechanics, more about reading than thinking. The courtroom drama carries it, sure, but as a genre exercise it leans way more on writing than on player skill.

It doesn't hit like Uncharted 2 in terms of spectacle, obviously different eras and goals, but the level design still teaches you something new almost every stage, which a lot of modern platformers forget to do once the mechanics are established early.
