Content justified the hours back then, sure, or rather the hype did, does that still hold once the novelty wears off though?

Against the grain
The games QuestPhoenix made win while the ranking backed the other one:
- Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow 13%
- Necromunda: Hired Gun 16%
- Tearaway 19%
- Castle Crashers Remastered 22%
- Mordhau 25%
The percentage is the chance the ranking gave that game at the time of the vote. The lower it is, the more unexpected the pick was.

What strikes me about this game is how the atmosphere does the heavy lifting even when the mechanics themselves are pretty basic. The shooting isn't refined at all, but the tension in the tunnels makes up for it more than people give it credit for.
Same here, that random vote thing sums up how casual this whole ranking really is.
