    I've clocked something like 300 races in this and the double character swap still feels unique among racers. Compare it to the GTA games it keeps facing in duels, totally different lane obviously, but I get why people put them side by side, both are about freedom of movement in their own way, one just has shells instead of guns. Still think this one ages better for pure replay value.

    It wins races on charm alone honestly. The rubber banding gets brutal near the end though and that drags it down for me.

    The rubber banding thing, is that worse than San Andreas cops or am I misremembering how brutal those chases got?

    Every duel same story, everyone brings up the couch memories and nobody talks about how thin the roster balance actually is.

    Couch chaos aside, next to the GTA games it faces the karts feel tiny in scope, but try getting four people invested in a GTA campaign the same way.

    Le vrai problème c'est l'équilibrage des personnages, certains duos sont clairement INUTILES face aux mêmes combos.
