I guess losing track of time like that says something, though I'm not sure the stiff combat deserves that much forgiveness.

But that's basically my experience too, slow sessions still let the story land, and it climbed past Witcher 3 for me the same way.

I think the combat depth argument holds up, though I'm not sure it's enough on its own to justify a much higher rank.
